Xuesong Zhou at the University of Utah has made available the second beta release of NEXTA for TRANSIMS. NEXTA is a tool for creating and editing traffic networks and for viewing DTA simulation results.  This release (08/18/09) provides the following new features:

• Time-dependent travel time contour
• Bottleneck visualization
• Turning movement delay visualization
• Link MOE sorting and exporting
